True Audio Quality (a.k.a. TAQ) is the only app available that performs such analysis to music files. It detects if music files in various formats, but in most cases lossless ones (wav, flac, etc), were previously re-encoded and as a consequence do not have the expected quality.
For example, if an mp3 file of 192kbps is re-encoded to e.g. 320kpb, or flac, this app will show exactly that in its True Quality column.
